Our Story
Storm Striker Art began in December 2010 as a creative experiment. When Justin's school district eliminated their art program after his 17 years of teaching, he found himself seeking a new canvas for his passion. What started as an artistic outlet has grown into a family business that shares our love for art with sports fans around the globe—and with our hometown of Zionsville, Indiana.
The name "Storm Striker" comes from our two boys' middle names, making this truly a family legacy. Our playful mascot "Rumble" pays homage to all the energetic team mascots that keep fans excited on game day!
The Artist
Justin Patten brings sports imagery to life with a distinctive style that captures the energy and passion of the game. For over 13 years, he has created professional artwork for the NFL, MLB, NHL, and colleges across the country, developing a unique approach that transforms traditional logos into dynamic works of art.
Each piece begins with a familiar team emblem but grows into something more—a painting that pulses with movement and joy. Justin's background as an art teacher for 17 years infuses his work with both technical skill and a genuine love for creative expression.

While Justin creates the artwork, Storm Striker Art wouldn't exist without Rachel Patten, an Auburn graduate who manages everything from operations to customer service. Together, we've built a business that celebrates team spirit through fine art.
